While packing, please ensure that luggage weight does not exceed 50 kilograms per guest. We must insist on rigid policy concerning luggage weight, given limited cargo allowances per shuttle.

Banned items: Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing recording devices, including smart bracelets, cellular phones, tablets, digital cameras, camcorders, wearable cameras, laptops, personal computers, surveillance equipment, drones, or any other recording devices, within Hotel premises. Guests with cranial chips must consent to have chips powered off by medical staff at shuttle sites prior to launch. This policy extends to all areas of the Hotel, including the lobby, hallways, cafes, lounge, pool, gardens, and conference rooms, as well as within guest rooms. Hotel staff reserve the right to enforce this policy and will request guests to cease the use of any recording devices immediately. Failure to comply may result in eviction from the premises and potential legal action. Exceptions to this policy include the use of recording devices for authorized Hotel security purposes or by accredited media personnel with prior consent from Hotel management.

All guests must consent to and receive a routine injection of myostatin blockers to protect against muscle loss during their Hotel stays. Staff at our premium shuttle sites are equipped to provide this care as needed before launch. Those with heart disease should consult with their physicians prior to purchasing a launch ticket.

To ensure a smooth check-in experience, guest should have ID cards and launch tickets readily available upon arrival to their shuttle site.
